Hello, my name is John, and I’ve been working with wood for over five decades. In recent years, I’ve dedicated my time to a very special craft: building high-quality furniture from reclaimed wooden pallets. For me, this isn’t just a hobby — it’s a way to stay active, creative, and connected to a tradition of honest, hands-on work.
Each piece I make is designed and built from start to finish in my small workshop. I personally select the pallets, inspect every board, and treat the wood to ensure it’s clean, safe, and structurally sound. Then comes the transformation — sanding, cutting, assembling, and finishing — with a strong focus on detail, durability, and function.
I create a wide range of custom pieces:
– Indoor furniture like coffee tables, bookshelves, and bed frames
– Outdoor sets including benches, lounge chairs, and garden tables
– Storage units, pet furniture, decorative items, and more
I take great pride in turning humble materials into something beautiful and lasting. Working with reclaimed wood is also my way of contributing to sustainability — giving new life to what others might throw away.
