On the WeCan platform, you can find specialists for more than 1100 types of services. Using the platform is free for clients.
You can find a specialist for your request in two ways: through a search in the directory of service providers and by selecting a service category.
The katalog is a list of all service providers who offer their services on WeCan. The directories are divided by service categories, and within each category, providers are ranked by rating. The higher a specialist's reviews, the higher they will be shown in the list. You can go to the profile of a specific specialist and offer them a job.
The second way to find a specialist is to place an order. In this section, specialists respond to your request, and you choose from among them. In the order, you specify all the criteria that are important for completing the task: requirements, deadlines, location, budget, language of communication, and other details. You can also specify specific requirements for the order, such as looking for a specialist who does not smoke or works on weekends. Categories for which you do not create an order will be presented on the website as a directory, and you will immediately see the contact information of the providers. WeCan's algorithms analyze which specialists match your request and send them information about your order. Specialists who respond to your request will be presented to you for selection. If you have difficulty placing an order, please use the "SOS" button - our specialists will contact you and help you place your request.
Provider Profile
Before choosing a specialist, carefully review their profile: it includes their resume, examples of work, and reviews. We recommend paying attention to whether the specialists have added diplomas and certificates confirming their qualifications to their profile. Specialists also have the option to insure their services if the work can cause material damage to the client (for example, unintentional damage to property). Profiles of insured specialists will be marked with a special label. WeCan strongly recommends carefully reviewing the reviews and rating of the specialist before entering into an agreement, and before starting work, request documents from the specialist and verify their identity with the WeCan profile, as well as check their qualification documents.
Communication with the Specialist
Before concluding a deal, the client and specialists can discuss the details of the order in the chat on the platform's website. For example, the price, start and completion dates of the work. In the chat, you can send photos and videos. The entire history of communication in the chat is saved. After specifying all the details, you can choose a suitable specialist, and after that, the platform will provide you with their contact details for personal communication.
Payment for the Deal
Payment for the deal is made between the client and the specialist themselves. WeCan is not a third party to the agreement and does not guarantee the security of payment. However, WeCan cares about its clients and helps with all the formalities of the deal: our lawyers have prepared and published standard documents that may be useful to you. If you have not documented the agreement, WeCan strongly advises against paying advances or prepaying for materials. We emphatically warn you not to click on suspicious links and enter card details. If you are planning a large volume of work, you can apply for a consumer loan from WeCan partners. To avoid cash payment, WeCan allows you to install our partners' application to use your phone as a terminal and accept payments safely (currently available only for Android).
Client's Personal Account
The entire history of interaction with specialists is saved in your personal account. Here you can view active orders, return to old deals and view their details, as well as view all correspondence with specialists, including those you did not choose. In the chat, it is strictly forbidden to exchange contacts or provide links to your social networks. If, when choosing a specialist, you find several worthy candidates with whom you do not want to lose contact, you can add them to your favorites list and return to them later in your personal account. Deal Completion and Feedback
After completing the deal, you must mark it as completed on the website. After that, you can leave a review of the specialist on the platform and rate the cooperation on three criteria: quality of work, politeness, and punctuality.
WeCan strongly recommends leaving honest, objective reviews to help other users choose a specialist and to be confident in the accuracy of ratings on our platform. In case you give a low rating to a specialist, we will contact you and the specialist, clarify all the details of the deal, and respond with our comment next to the negative review.
Deal Security
WeCan is not a third party to the deal and is not responsible for the quality of services provided, so we strongly recommend reviewing the reviews and examples of the specialist's work before entering into an agreement. However, if you come across a dishonest specialist, WeCan will not stand aside and will help resolve the situation. A specialist who repeatedly receives complaints from clients will be blocked. Both individuals and legal entities can register on WeCan. To register, simply choose the category in which you will provide services and fill out the form. The website offers more than 1100 service categories: you can work in one, or you can combine several to attract more clients. If you don't find a service category on the website that matches what you can offer, please contact our support team.
Profile SetupTo showcase your expertise, you can add certificates, diplomas, samples of your work, mention your experience, skills, and personal qualities in your profile. You can register without adding information about your experience, but clients are more likely to choose you if you provide this information. We can verify your identity after your first payment, and your profile will be marked as "identity verified," which will increase clients' trust in you.
WeCan allows service providers to have full control over their work schedule. In your profile settings, you can specify when, where, and what services you can provide. Service providers also have access to a "status" feature. Using this feature, you can indicate if you are available for new orders or if you want to temporarily suspend receiving them. Additionally, you can set specific working limitations in your profile, such as not being able to lift heavy objects or not being available to work at night. The platform's algorithms analyse client orders and will send you only those orders that match your requirements. For example, you can specify that you do not work on Saturdays, and the platform will not offer you orders with dates or deadlines that coincide with your day off. The complete history of orders is saved in your personal account.
Searching for OrdersOn the platform, specialists can find orders through two methods. The first method is by listing in the directory of service providers. Clients can find suitable service providers in the directory and contact them to place an order. Specialists in the directory are ranked by their ratings, with higher ratings resulting in higher visibility in the directory. The second method of receiving orders is by responding to requests. Clients create requests on the website, specifying their requirements, such as location, urgency, budget, language of communication, and other details. If a request matches the criteria you have set in your profile, you will receive a notification. The first five specialists who respond will be presented to the client for selection. You can enhance your profile to attract more clients, such as adding videos or new examples of your work. In the WeCan blog, you can read articles from experts that will help you optimise your profile so that clients choose you. Some categories for which clients do not create orders will be listed on the website as a directory, and your contact information will be displayed to clients immediately.
Communication with ClientsBefore finalising a deal, clients and service providers can discuss order details in a chat on the platform. This includes topics like price, start date, and project deadlines. In the chat, you can send photos and videos, share files. It is strictly prohibited to exchange contact information or provide links to your social media profiles in the chat. The chat history is saved so that you can refer back to order details later. After clarifying all the details, the client selects a suitable specialist, and only then does the platform provide the client with your contact information for personal communication.
Payment for OrdersClients and service providers handle payment for transactions independently. To avoid cash payments, WeCan offers the option to install our partners' application, enabling you to use your phone as a terminal to accept card payments (currently available only for Android). However, WeCan cares about its service providers and assists with all transaction formalities. Our lawyers have prepared and posted standard documents to facilitate the intricacies of cooperation. If your work involves the risk of causing material damage to the client (e.g., damage to property), we recommend that you insure yourself with our partners (the insurance company will cover all damages to the damaged property). According to our statistics, 67% of service providers use such insurance.
ReviewsUpon completing work, we request that you mark the transaction as "completed" on the website and leave a review about the client. The client also leaves a review about you, including ratings based on three criteria: politeness, quality of work, and punctuality. Only clients from their personal accounts can leave a review about you. WeCan is not a third party in the transaction and is not responsible for the quality of the services provided. In case of a significantly low rating, we will contact you and the client to clarify the transaction details, and if we believe that the low rating was given unfairly, we will leave our own comment.
WeCan Service Pricing WeCan offers two pricing plans for its services. The first plan is a monthly subscription for an unlimited number of orders. The subscription price depends on the chosen category of services. You can become a service provider in several categories, and with each additional category, you receive a discount. When paying for several months in advance, discounts are also available. You can find more information about our pricing plans in the "Tariffs" section. The second proposed plan is a payment of a percentage of the transaction amount. This option is advantageous for those who plan to take a limited number of orders. To receive orders, you first need to make a deposit into your virtual account. You can adjust the deposit amount yourself, but it must be at least 10% of the average value of the desired order in your category. It is important to note that users with a monthly subscription have priority in receiving orders - specialists working on a percentage basis receive orders only if all other specialists are occupied. Each service provider can choose their payment method for each desired category. For example, in the "handyman" category, you can work on a percentage basis of the transaction, while in the "plumber" category, you can pay a subscription fee and receive an unlimited number of orders. During registration, you also receive a free trial period. Categories are available for students and disabled individuals where they can work without fees.Bonuses from WeCan
