How do you verify the authenticity of reviews?

Both the service provider and the client can leave a review for each other only after the order is completed from their personal account.

All reviews below 4 stars are verified by our support service. We will investigate the situation and leave our comment next to the negative review. The client cannot change their review of the service provider on their own, even if the dispute has been resolved.
