Before the client selects a provider for their order, the client and provider discuss order details, deadlines, and budget in the platform chat. The client can initiate communication after the provider responds to their order, or vice versa. Photos, videos, and files can be shared in the chat. Notifications about new messages will appear in the personal account notifications. You can read more about notifications here - "Notifications".
The entire chat history is saved, including conversations with providers who were not selected for collaboration. You can return to the chat history in your personal account.
