What should I do if a provider did not complete the order?

If you need a different specialist to complete your order, click the "Reject the specialist" button — the platform will offer you candidates who previously responded to your order.
Please note: you can only return the list of previous candidates once. If you decline the provider again, the list will no longer be available.

If the order is individual or no longer relevant, click "Close order". After that, you will have the opportunity to leave feedback about the specialist — this will help other users avoid unreliable providers.
